SUMMER VACATION RENTALS

Chalmers Realty is proud to assist you in attaining the vacation of your dreams. Whether you are looking for waterfront, water access or mountainside property, we are here for you! The Bridgton - Lovell - Sebago Lakes area has a lot to offer the vacationer year-round! If you require further information, maps or brochures please let us know.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Minimum one week rental in July and August.
• Weekends available during other times.
• Low weekend rate for labor day.
• By the week-Saturday to Saturday.
• Rental may vary. Fall and spring rentals are discounted. Unless otherwise specified linens are not provided. Pets are generally prohibited. Please advise us if you have a pet.
• Rentals are subject to 7% state tax. A reservation deposit of 1/2 the rental is required. A $200. security deposit is also required. Deposits are due within 10 days after reservation is made. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 90 days of rental time will result in forfeiture of reservation deposit unless property rents at that time.
• Any home rented by phone or mail will be described to the best of our ability. We will not be responsible if you are not satisfied.
